What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Intern during a rotation, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Intern in a rotation, you need a solid academic background in your field, strong organizational skills, and the willingness to learn. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, basic software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and, in some cases, specialized platforms relevant to the rotation are valuable.
