Duties * Plans major renovations and construction projects, based on forecasted building and land utilization. * Formulates and puts into effect sustainable operations and maintenance plans, to include economical space and work management operations policies, criteria, and procedures. * Develops, evaluates, and implements immediate and long-range goals, objectives, budget projections, plans and schedules to meet substantial changes in program authority and/or funding. * Assignments include tasks related to the museum building, amphitheater, parade field, Army trail and grounds operations, maintenance and utilization. * Assures facilities and their operations comply with laws and regulations. * Serves as Contracting Officer's Representative on engineering, maintenance, and service contracts.
