We are seeking a Strategic Finance AI Expert to bridge advanced analytics with high-impact financial decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and artificial intelligence, enabling leadership teams to make faster, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in leveraging AI/ML tools to drive business insights, optimize unit economics, and support executive-level strategy formulation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Case Development:
Lead the creation of robust, data-backed business cases for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects. Translate ambiguous business problems into structured financial models, incorporating AI-driven forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, data science) to validate assumptions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Unit Economics & Profitability Analysis:
Own the development and continuous refinement of unit economics frameworks across products, geographies, or customer segments. Use advanced analytics and AI tools to identify profitability drivers, cost optimization opportunities, and revenue levers. Provide actionable insights on pricing strategies, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and margin expansion.
  • Executive & Board-Level Decision Support:
Partner closely with senior leadership and board members to deliver clear, concise, and insight-rich financial narratives. Prepare high-quality materials including dashboards, reports, and presentations that synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations. Support long-term planning, capital allocation decisions, and performance tracking against strategic objectives.
  • AI-Driven Financial Modeling:
Integrate machine learning models and automation tools into financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. Enhance forecasting accuracy, automate reporting workflows, and develop predictive models for revenue, costs, and risk. Evaluate and implement emerging AI solutions to improve financial decision-making efficiency.
  • Strategic Insights & Performance Monitoring:
Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business strategy. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Act as a thought partner to business leaders, proactively recommending actions to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or FP&A, with exposure to AI/analytics.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools such as Python, SQL, or advanced Excel; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in executive-facing contexts.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
  • Exposure to SaaS, marketplace, or platform business models.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced settings with a high degree of ownership.

Impact:
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic decisions by combining financial expertise with cutting-edge AI capabilities, directly influencing growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
