• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using culturally responsive and strengths-based approaches tailored to the needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.
• Offer case management services and facilitate referrals to community resources, ensuring clients have access to a wide range of support systems.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and state licensing regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in weekly clinical team meetings to discuss client care, seek peer feedback, and engage in continuous professional development through training sessions.
• Support crisis intervention initiatives, coordinating care with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous support for clients.

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our client population includes adults, adolescents, and families from varied cultural backgrounds, enabling you to implement culturally competent practices and tailor interventions that meet unique client needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current LCSW license in Nevada or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of employment.
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with an emphasis on documentation and clinical practice standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.
• A committed approach to ethical practice, demonstrating cultural humility and an unwavering focus on client-centered care.

• 1 to 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health, or medical environments is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and delivering culturally informed therapeutic interventions.
