Horizon Health Mental Counseling, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health status, strengths, and needs, which serves as a foundation for treatment planning.
  • Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care for individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, tailored specifically to each client's goals and circumstances.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care and treatment consistency.
  • Providing crisis intervention and risk assessments when clients face immediate mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stabilization.
  • Maintaining precise, thorough documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, facilitating accountability and continuity of care.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, creating an engaging platform for peer support and knowledge sharing.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families, each facing their unique mental health challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with us, you will play an essential role in providing empathetic guidance and therapeutic support tailored to our diverse clientele.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring you have the foundational knowledge required for effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits
