• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, using standardized diagnostic tools and interview techniques.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based strategies and methods tailored to their specific mental health needs.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, or solution-focused therapy, based on client preferences and treatment goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress toward established therapeutic objectives, making adjustments to treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients seeking virtual sessions due to convenience or accessibility challenges, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous records that adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards, including timely documentation of sessions, outcomes, and treatment modifications.

• Experience in providing therapy to adults, adolescents, and families, especially in a remote setting, is preferred.

• Past involvement in community outreach or educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
