Work Environment

This position is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing our social work professionals the flexibility to create their own schedules and work from the comfort of their homes. You will join a team of highly skilled clinicians who share a passion for promoting mental well-being and offer services in line with the latest evidence-based practices. We ensure minimal administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around delivering psychotherapy services to individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Specific duties include:

  • Conducting detailed clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health statuses and precise needs.

  • Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patientโ€™s goals, leveraging best practices from evidence-based methodologies.

  • Employing a spectrum of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), focused on achieving meaningful treatment outcomes.

  • Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data security.

  • Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists to provide coordinated and holistic care to patients.

  • Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at critically reflecting on practice and enhancing client care standards.

  • Offering education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources available for ongoing support.

  • Keeping current with advancements in the mental health field to continually improve therapeutic techniques applied in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving a wide array of clients, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that your interventions are culturally responsive and tailored to their unique situations. Your contributions will significantly influence their path to recovery and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with a strong focus on mental health treatment.

  • Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

  • Outstanding communication abilities and interpersonal skills conducive to building rapport with clients and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Demonstrable problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address complex client needs.

  • Capacity to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team, respecting diverse perspectives and approaches to patient care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth service delivery and specific certifications in therapeutic interventions will be considered advantageous for candidates. Additionally, familiarity with various electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your ability to streamline documentation processes.

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 based on experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Life and disability insurance for peace of mind.
