Job description

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you're hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is a results-driven growth partner and consultancy specializing in scaling high-performance firms within the home services and insulation industry. By leveraging a proprietary AI-powered expansion engine, the team transforms business operations through sophisticated paid acquisition, sales process optimization, and automated infrastructure. They go beyond traditional lead generation to focus on high-intent customer acquisition and talent recruitment, helping businesses transition from local operations to dominant market players.
Operating as a fast-growing scale-up, the company is built on a culture of efficiency, transparency, and direct communication. The team is passionate about removing operational friction and creating "packed pipelines" that allow their partners to focus on excellence in delivery. This is an ideal environment for innovative professionals who value measurable impact, high-level strategy, and the opportunity to build scalable systems that drive significant revenue growth in a specialized, recession-proof niche.
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performance Senior Media Buyer to spearhead growth for a portfolio of rapidly scaling insulation businesses. This is not a "maintenance" role-it is a high-ownership position for a strategic thinker who excels at Meta ads and high-ticket lead generation. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections for clients currently generating $400k-$3M in yearly revenue. This is a client-facing role with a clear career trajectory into management as the agency grows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of Meta ad performance across roughly 10 active client accounts.
  • Build, test, and iterate on sophisticated lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked-call systems.
  • Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly strategy calls and reporting on performance with clarity and confidence.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal funnel economics and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the founder to develop high-converting ad creative, hooks, and messaging.
  • Systematize and document internal processes to facilitate the onboarding of junior support.
  • Proactively identify and resolve underperformance issues before they are flagged by leadership.

Requirements
  • Proven track record managing $30k-$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
  • Deep experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
  • Mastery of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality optimization.
  • Experienced in mentoring junior media buyers or reviewing account work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client calls independently without hand-holding.
  • A structured testing methodology (no ad-hoc experimentation).
  • Extreme ownership mentality: you are tenacious about getting results and proactive in your strategy.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience specifically within the insulation or HVAC niche.
  • Advanced knowledge of VSL funnel architecture and optimization.
  • Ability to turn complex data sets into simple, actionable narratives for clients.
  • Proficiency in staying ahead of Meta platform changes and implementing iOS-resilient tracking strategies.

Benefits
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement
Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference - we'll match you with options that fit your goals
