Job description

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you're hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
A fast-growing performance marketing and business consultancy, our client specializes in scaling service-based businesses through a proprietary AI-driven expansion engine. By focusing on the insulation and home services sectors, the team moves beyond traditional lead generation to provide a comprehensive growth suite that includes paid acquisition, sales process optimization, and operational infrastructure. They partner with high-intent firms to bridge the gap between marketing spend and closed revenue, utilizing advanced automation and data-driven creative strategies to help partners achieve seven-figure growth.
The company operates with a high-performance, results-oriented culture that prioritizes efficiency and transparent communication. As a scaling firm, they offer a collaborative environment where team members focus on solving complex bottlenecks in the sales funnel and hiring landscape. Their mission is to transform local service providers into market leaders by implementing scalable systems that maximize long-term profitability and brand dominance. This is an ideal environment for those passionate about marketing innovation, conversion integrity, and measurable business impact.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performance Senior Media Buyer to spearhead Meta ad strategy for a rapidly growing marketing and consulting firm. This is not a "maintenance" role; we are looking for a strategic powerhouse who can take full ownership of a portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. You will be responsible for driving high-ticket lead generation, optimizing complex funnels, and managing client relationships directly. This position is designed for an expert who thrives on extreme ownership and is ready to transition into a leadership role as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and scale high-performing Meta (90%) and Google Ads (10%) campaigns, focusing on Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to meet strict KPI targets, including Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Sale.
  • Design and optimize high-converting landing pages (via Perspective) to ensure maximum lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing workflows and integrations within GoHighLevel to ensure seamless lead delivery to clients.
  • Work alongside the Creative Lead and Account Management team to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Prepare and communicate campaign results internally and support the account manager in client-facing updates.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing $30k-$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
  • Deep expertise in high-ticket lead generation for home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling campaigns profitably and optimizing for sales-ready inspections/applications.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior media buyers or reviewing account work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client calls independently and handle difficult conversations with confidence.
  • A structured, scientific methodology for testing audiences and creatives-no ad-hoc experimentation.
  • Data-driven mindset with a primary focus on ROI, CPA, and funnel efficiency.
  • Extreme ownership mentality: you identify and solve problems before leadership notices them.
  • Experience building and optimizing VSL-based funnels.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM integration and lead tracking for home service businesses.
  • Background in copywriting or creative direction specifically for Meta direct-response ads.

Benefits
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network
Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement
Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference - we'll match you with options that fit your goals
