Job description

Job Summary:
YO IT Consulting is seeking legal professionals to support high-quality AI training and evaluation work involving legal documents. The role requires attention to detail and expertise in legal workflows to ensure precision and consistency in AI outputs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop AI Training Content (Legal): Create clear prompts and high-quality reference responses based on real legal documents and workflows (contracts, policies, filings, procedural steps), including examples derived from scanned or form-based records.
• Evaluate & Rank AI Responses: Review, compare, and score AI outputs for legal accuracy, completeness, clarity, and guideline compliance; provide concise written rationales.
• Precise Legal Data Annotation (Manual → Digital): Extract and enter information from paper-based / scanned legal records (forms, registers, case notes, templates) into structured digital formats, flagging ambiguity, inconsistencies, and missing elements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with legal documentation and workflows (e.g., drafting, reviewing, filing, summarizing, organizing records, matter management).
• You notice small inconsistencies in dates, parties, defined terms, citations, numbering, and cross-references—and can explain the impact clearly.
• Minimum B2 English for understanding guidelines, drafting rationales, and async collaboration.
• Comfortable applying detailed rubrics, spotting edge cases, and keeping decisions consistent across large volumes of work.
• Strong comfort with Word/Google Docs and PDFs; experience with redlining/track changes is a plus.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with structured, paper-heavy legal environments (courts, municipalities, ministries, agencies, universities, hospitals, NGOs).
