What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence & AI Transformation within our Corpay Payables organization. As the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence & AI Transformation, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that simplify operations, improve customer experience, accelerate business growth, and unlock the value of automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will combine deep operational excellence expertise with a passion for digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, AI-enabled process optimization, and organizational change. This individual thrives in ambiguity, influences across organizational boundaries, and delivers sustainable improvements that drive revenue, reduce cost, improve speed to market, and elevate. You will report to the Sr. Director, Operational Excellence and regularly collaborate with Operations, Product Management, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, challenge existing processes, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Enterprise Transformation 

    Lead strategic operational transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.  

    Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities that improve revenue, reduce costs, improve customer experience, and increase operational scalability.  

    Serve as an internal consultant, providing recommendations supported by data, financial analysis, and business cases.  

• Process Excellence 

   Conduct discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and current-state assessments.  

   Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on eliminating waste,  improving quality, and reducing operational complexity.  

   Establish future-state operating models that enable sustainable growth.  

• Artificial Intelligence & Automation

  Identify opportunities to leverage AI, intelligent automation, workflow technologies, and digital capabilities to improve operational performance.  

  Develop business cases supporting AI investments, including expected ROI and productivity improvements.  

  Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable solutions.  

  Champion responsible AI adoption and establish best practices across operational teams. 

   
• Operational Readiness & Change Management

        Lead operational readiness planning for strategic initiatives. 

        Develop implementation strategies, communications, training plans,  and adoption metrics. 

        Partner with business leaders to ensure successful deployment and long-term sustainability.  

• Analytics & Business Performance 

Establish baseline metrics and define measurable success criteria.  

Design executive dashboards and KPI reporting.  

Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.  

Measure post-implementation results to validate business outcomes.  

• Cross-Functional Leadership 

Influence senior leaders without direct authority.  

Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.  

Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales.  

Qualifications & Skills

Required 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.  

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).  

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading enterprise operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.  

• Demonstrated experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, or intelligent automation to improve operational performance, enhance productivity, and deliver measurable business outcomes is required.  

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar) and the ability to identify and implement AI use cases within business operations strongly preferred. 

• Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.  

• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes including cost reduction, revenue acceleration, productivity improvements, or customer experience enhancements.  

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.  

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  

• Experience building business cases supported by financial analysis and operational metrics.  

Artificial Intelligence & Digital Skills 

Required experience with one or more of the following: 

• Generative AI (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Gemini, Claude, etc.)  

• AI-assisted business process redesign  

• Intelligent workflow automation  

• AI productivity tools  

• AI prompt engineering  

• Digital transformation initiatives  

Preferred experience: 

• Process mining  

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)  

• Workflow automation platforms  

• Salesforce ecosystem  

• Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)  

Preferred Qualifications 

• PMP certification  

• Master's degree (MBA or related field)  

• Experience in Financial Services, Payments, SaaS, or FinTech  

• Knowledge of Operational Readiness methodologies  

• Experience with customer experience transformation initiatives
