Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering/Science Intern based in Indianapolis, Indiana to take a step out of their conventional degree and apply broad based analytical skills to create something from nothing. As a Project Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting real-world projects while working both independently and alongside experienced professionals. You will contribute to key initiatives, help prepare projects for execution, and develop practical project management skills that complement your academic studies and create lasting business impact.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with the researchers and engineers to define, scope, develop and deliver project/s to research clients.
  • Follow appropriate project process methodology to deliver the project on-time, within budget and to defined objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for project management.

What Skills You Need:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, a commitment to transparency and a passion for creating value for customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.000 on a 4.000 scale at current university.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science.
  • Experience with MS Office Products
