Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world's most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. 

The Retail Sales Worker is responsible for processing debit and credit transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system in a retail environment. Retail sales worker duties include interacting with customers, recording purchases, processing returns and scanning items for sale. Retail sales workers must deliver outstanding customer service as well as maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management or leads. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of time posting. 

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee 

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $19.75 to $19.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Retail Sales Workers should be highly knowledgeable about the park and surrounding areas, acting as a concierge resource for all guests.  
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store. 
  • Processing sales transactions and taking payments. 
  • Giving customers advice about sales and promotions. 
  • Using upselling techniques to increase store sales. 
  • Recommending the best products to customers. 
  • Learn about our products to provide accurate information. 
  • Assisting the lead with restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing 
  • Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs. 
  • Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns. 
  • Scanning and bagging items accurately and efficiently. 
  • Assist loss prevention and report concerns. 
  • Assist with quarterly inventories.  
  • Knowledge of daily Amphitheatre events. 
  • Must always ensure cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere in the store.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (required) 
  • Previous retail experience preferred. 
  • Mathematical skills are required. 
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred. 
  • Service-oriented and willing to help patrons. 
  • Ability to lift up to 25 LBS. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment. 
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records. 
  • Must be flexible, willing to work a rotational schedule that includes weekends, nights and holidays with rotational days off. 
  • Must be well groomed and always maintain a high level of professionalism. 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
