Job description

We Are Hiring

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Facility: Columbia Saint Mary's Hospital 

Department/Specialty: Pharmacy 

Schedule: PRN As needed |

What You Will Do

Perform the duties of a staff pharmacist under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

  • Under direct supervision, maintain proper narcotic documentation and ensures proper distribution of narcotic medications.
  • Under direct supervision, ensure appropriate selection of dosing, administering and monitoring of medication.
  • Dispense medications accurately for delivery to patient care areas. May compound medications.
  • Assist pharmacists with maintaining and monitoring patient profiles. Provide medication information and education to medical staff and patients.

  • High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
