Job description

Continental Properties is looking for a Fall 2026 HelpDesk Intern to join our team of IT professionals!

As a HelpDesk Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for helping team members with technical questions and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with our service desk team to solve issues, handle requests, and assist with hardware upgrades. This role is a great opportunity to build both technical and communication skills while collaborating with people across the organization. You will report to our Helpdesk Supervisor and work onsite at our Home Office located in Menomonee Falls, WI

Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester.

Position Specifics:

  • Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week or full-time

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Respond to first-level Helpdesk requests and provide technical support and problem resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate with end-users through the ticket management system.
  • Setup, configure and test Windows image on laptops and desktops.
  • Configure peripheral equipment network at new workstations.
  • Support IT-Team and organizational projects.

Skills for Success:

  • Currently enrolled in, or completed degree program in computer science, network administration, or other computer-related field
  • Prior IT-related work experience (helpdesk, technical support, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Windows and Mobile operating systems
