Job description

Continental Properties is looking for aย Marketing Intern (Part-Time) for Fall 2026 -Spring 2027 to join our team of professionals at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.ย 

You will work with our Marketing team, our onsite apartment communities, and other Continental employees on daily marketing activities. You will create awareness and drive demand for our apartment communities, contributing to their success.

Candidates must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 semester.

Position Specifics:

  • Part-Time Internship during Fall 2026-Spring 2027, with potential to continue internship through Summer 2027.
  • Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Social Media - Create paid Facebook ads and graphics for organic Facebook posts.ย ย 
  • Email Marketing - Lead email marketing campaigns to boost apartment tours & leasesย ย 
  • Outreach Marketing - Assist onsite teams with outreach marketing; create flyers, graphics, social media posts.ย ย 
  • Auditing - Auditing of all online assets including social media pages, online reviews, community websites & ILS sitesย ย 
  • Reporting - Work with Marketing team members on expense reporting, Google Ads/social media monthly reports.

Skills for Success:

  • In progress of obtaining a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Marketing or related fieldย ย 
  • Experience with basic content management systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and HTMLย ย 
  • Experience using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platformsย
