Intern positions on a racing team are entry-level roles designed for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in motorsports. Interns may assist with engineering, mechanics, data analysis, marketing, or logistics, depending on their area of study and the team's needs. These roles provide exposure to the fast-paced racing environment and allow interns to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to the success of the team.
