Job description

We are seeking a motivated and curious Engineering Intern to join our team for a hands-on learning experience with real-world engineering challenges. This internship will focus on firmware OR hardware engineering supporting our Protection Systems Forensics team in Pullman, WA. In this internship you will contribute to projects that make electric power safer, more reliable, and more economical. Candidates who can work part-time during the academic year and full-time during the summer are encouraged to apply.

A typical day as an Engineering Intern might include:

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to solve real-world technical problems.

  • Assisting in thedesign, development, and debugging of embedded system hardware or firmware.

  • Participating in project work enhancing the efficiency and capabilities of engineering processes.

  • Learning through mentorship and practical application.

  • Documenting findings, contributing to team discussions, and presenting project outcomes.

Pay Range Data - $24.25 - $33.00 hourly
