Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Preconstruction Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the early phases of construction projects, including estimating, planning, and coordination. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field and is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
  • Support the development of bid packages and proposals.
  • Help review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Participate in subcontractor outreach and bid analysis.
  • Attend preconstruction meetings and assist with documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and design teams.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized project files.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Strong interest in construction, architecture, or engineering.
