Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Prophet is a global brand and growth consultancy helping the world's most ambitious organizations find relevance, unlock growth, and build remarkable brands. Our People team is at the center of that - attracting, hiring, and developing the talent that makes Prophet exceptional.
This summer, we're looking for a Recruiting Intern to join us in that work. This is a real seat at the table: you'll support active searches, contribute to how Prophet shows up to candidates and on campus, and help build the programs that keep our intern community engaged from offer to day one. If you're curious about talent, energized by people, and want hands-on experience at a fast-moving consulting firm - this is it.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Full-cycle recruiting support Work directly alongside recruiters and hiring managers throughout active searches - from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding prep. You'll engage with real candidates on real roles.
  • Candidate coordination & pipeline management Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and keep records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse, our ATS. A clean pipeline and a great candidate experience are both yours to protect.
  • Intern program & pre-arrival programming Help design and execute the touchpoints, communications, and engagement moments that keep incoming interns excited between offer acceptance and their first day. You'll own pieces of this end to end.
  • Employer branding & recruitment marketing Support initiatives that shape how Prophet is perceived as an employer - from social content and job posting copy to materials for career fairs and campus events. You'll help tell our story to the candidates we most want to reach.
  • Campus recruiting for fall Partner with campus teams to develop recruiting materials and help plan fall events. You'll contribute to how Prophet shows up on campus - content, collateral, logistics, and strategy.
  • Recruiting operations & reporting Help track referral program activity, prepare hiring metrics and reports, and provide project support to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • You're a rising senior pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related fieldย
  • You're a strong communicator - comfortable writing professionally and engaging candidates and stakeholders directly
  • You're organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
  • You're curious about talent and people - not just the process, but the why behind it
  • You want ownership, not just exposure - you'll have real deliverables and are excited to run with them

Location: New York City Hybrid - 4 days per week in office

Salary: $27/hr
Please note this internship is only available for rising seniors in college (graduation date of Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027)
