Job description

We are seeking a driven and detailoriented Program Manager Intern to support a fastpaced, technical organization within the Utilities & Energy sector. This role provides handson experience working across multiple programs and projects, with a particular emphasis on network engineeringrelated initiatives that support connectivity, infrastructure, and technical service delivery. The intern will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to help keep work organized, transparent, and aligned to shared objectives, while gaining exposure to realworld program and project management practices.

Duration
Fulltime internship during the summer, with potential to continue parttime during the academic year based on performance and business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of multiple network engineeringrelated projects across a technical organization serving utility and energy customers

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to help ensure accountability, visibility, and alignment with program goals

  • Partner collaboratively with crossfunctional stakeholders to gather updates, remove blockers, and maintain accurate project status for network engineering workstreams

  • Prepare clear, concise reports, summaries, and status updates to support informed decisionmaking by team members and leaders

  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and outcomes

  • Organize, consolidate, and maintain project information, documentation, workflows, and reporting tools

  • Help identify gaps or opportunities in program and project management processes and propose thoughtful, practical improvements

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks or small projects and drive them through completion with a resultsdriven, accountable mindset

  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to help keep initiatives on track in a fastpaced, evolving environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
