Wages

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on qualifications and level of experience

Schedule

This is a temporary, part-time position that will work 8-12 hours per week. Some evening and weekend availability is required.

Job Summary

PCYC is hiring a Capri Productions Intern to support the administrative offices with Capri programming and the venue operations team with event production. This role will coordinate staff and production schedules, support outreach and communications, and contribute to patron engagement, audience services, stage management and technical production for Capri events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Capri Director with office organization, scheduling, and season planning.
  • Maintain the monthly staff calendar, which includes regular office hours, programming, and events.
  • Draft production schedules for events produced at the Capri, including concerts and co-productions.
  • Develop the season calendar that includes all programs, productions, and presentations through June 2027.
  • Support Capri Operations with projects in the Capri Theater, Paradise, and Gallery.
  • Contribute to Capri Productions in the areas of stage management, artist services, and audience services.

What You Bring

  • Experience with customer service and sensitivity to accessibility needs.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • The ability to integrate information and take initiative.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
