o Design graphics, social media assets, and visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
o Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, and digital assets for future communications.

Social Media Innovation
o Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
o Recommend creative approaches for increasing engagement and expanding the reach of executive communications.
o Assist with measuring content performance and identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement.

Collaboration
o Work closely with the Director of Communications and communications staff to ensure executive social media aligns with agency priorities and Commonwealth branding standards.
o Ensure all content meets accessibility requirements and follows Commonwealth communications guidelines.
o Provide additional creative support for agency events and special initiatives as needed.
