Job description

Artificial Intelligence Intern

We are seeking motivated Artificial Intelligence engineering interns to gain hands-on experience deploying artificial intelligence systems while working alongside experienced AI professionals. This internship offers exposure to real-world AI applications, meaningful project contributions, and mentorship designed to help build strong technical and professional foundations. The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about AI and emerging technologies.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and optimizing deployed AI systems
  • Support research on AI algorithms, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with software engineering and product teams
  • Document code, experiments, and technical findings
  • Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and learning sessions
  • Tech Stack: Python, SQL/NoSQL, AWS

Qualifications and Education:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts
  • Actively leverages LLM tools to enhance decision-making, creativity, and
  • operational effectiveness
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ML libraries ( PyTorch, scikit-learn) and/or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
  • Exposure to LLM toolkits (e.g., LangChain, Amazon Bedrock)
  • Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, and AWS
  • Personal or academic AI/ML projects

Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $25-$30 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
