We are seeking a diverse background of candidates to operate several lines of security operations including:

Security Center Intelligence Analyst are responsible for monitoring the safety and security of employees, assets, and operational footprint throughout the North American region for our client: a prestigious high-tech international corporation. The Security Center operates 24/7/365 with a Shift Lead and 1-2 Security Analysts per shift. The team is supported by Operational Specialists for threat management and marketplace security, along with the client's United States and Canada Manager of the Regional Security Center (RSC).
Security Center Intelligence Analyst use a variety of tools and platforms to conduct operational oversight of North America, including physical security systems, threat management platforms, intelligence vendors, emergency / crisis response communications, and other operational methods to detect, mitigate, and respond to all impacts to the client's employees, assets, and operations. *** The completion of a writing assessment, which will be provided separately, will be mandatory for shortlisted candidates. Applicants who do not complete the assessment will not be considered. Security Center Intelligence Analyst Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • CCTV and alarm monitoring;
  • Security footage reviews and investigations;
  • Oversee access control and badging;
  • Open-source intelligence monitoring and collection;
  • Liaison with internal security stakeholders and law enforcement entities;
  • Communicate with company stakeholders and employees to respond to internal security incidents;
  • Conducting threat investigations and assessments;
  • Supporting event security operations for client-sponsored events;
  • Producing daily and weekly security incident reports;
  • Exercising business impact analysis for incidents impacting client's operations;
  • Collaborating with Security Leadership Teams to prepare, respond, and recover from all crisis events;
  • Operating within a security center environment to monitor, escalate, and triage various types of security-related incidents impacting all company interests;

Requirements:
  • A criminal record devoid of felonies or serious misdemeanors;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows or Mac, including Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite products;
  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced work environment, across multiple platforms, departments, time zones, and cultures;
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately in crisis situations;
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations quickly, and to identify critical issues;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills;
  • Focused, organized, and detail-oriented;
  • A desire to work as a dependable team member with a proactive attitude;
  • Authorization to work in the United States;
  • HS Diploma;
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including Morning, Daylight, Evening, Over Nights, Weekends, and some holidays;
  • The ability to work within a rotational schedule

Preferred / Plus:
  • Degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree;
  • Experience with threat assessment / analysis;
  • Military / law enforcement experience;
  • Fluency in additional languages, notably Spanish and/or Portuguese;
  • Working knowledge of physical security systems: access control, CCTV, badging, alarm monitoring, and dispatch;
