Responsibilities
  • Business Unit Strategy

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills with demonstrated success building businesses, developing customer relationships, and leading complex crossโ€‘functional initiatives.
  • Advanced financial acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and operational problemโ€‘solving expertise with experience managing P&L performance, business scalability, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline required; MBA, PharmD, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive pharmaceutical distribution, API distribution, wholesale drug distribution, supply chain, or commercial leadership experience, including significant P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience launching or scaling new business lines, distribution operations, or entrepreneurial growth initiatives within regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organizations strongly preferred.
  • Experience with DEA distributor registration, wholesale distributor licensing, DSCSA compliance, supplier qualification programs, ERP/WMS platforms, and pharmaceutical quality systems strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build highโ€‘performing teams, drive customer acquisition, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver measurable revenue, profitability, and operational growth outcomes within hyperโ€‘growth environments.
