Quality Intern

As our Quality Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening our document control processes—ensuring that critical records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with industry regulations. Your work will directly support our ability to pass audits, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain the integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Position Responsibilities

Assist with reviewing, updating, formatting, and releasing controlled documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, templates).

Verify that documents are properly approved, revision-controlled, and distributed according to our document control procedure.

Support transition of legacy or uncontrolled documents into the formal QMS.

Ensure obsolete documents are identified, removed from use, and properly archived.

Maintain document control logs, master lists, and revision histories.

Assist in preparing document packages for internal, customer, and third-party audits.

Verify document alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 clause requirements.

Support corrective actions related to documentation findings from audits.

Help organize and update training records associated with revised or newly released documents.

Identify document control gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for standardization.

Assist with improving document templates.

Program/update our SPC system.

Support special quality projects as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Critical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate's or bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ability to follow procedures and handle controlled information responsibly.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
