It Starts With Our Employees
FourLeaf's ultimate goal is to provide the best-in-class member and employee experience, and it all begins with two things: hiring incredible people and giving them a great place to work.
What You'll Do
The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging animations and video motion graphics that help communicate the brand and amplify marketing campaigns in our digital channels. • Work independently and with other designers in a collaborative setting to execute cohesive visual experiences for ongoing Marketing initiatives that align with brand guidelines and support organizational goals.
  • Create short form videos and maintain library of content for in-branch advertisements to ensure all are compliant and aligned with current marketing priorities.
  • Interpret, apply, and evolve brand standards, ensuring consistency while introducing new creative approaches that enhance the brand's visual identity across business units and third-party relationships.
  • Provide creative direction for video and social content, guiding visual storytelling, motion design, and audio-visual integration to produce engaging, high-impact digital experiences.
