  • Develop and document design concepts for interior design and space planning
  • Sketch preliminary designs and produce visualizations from 3D models that reflect the proposed floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and FF&E
  • Create design presentations, mood boards, and material boards/binders to help convey look and feel of design concepts to clients

  • Experience with all project phases (Concept through Construction Administration), including built work
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud; knowledge of Rhino, Revit, Enscape, and V-Ray are preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet fast-pace and changing deadlines
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with an attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for working on multi-disciplinary and highly collaborative teams
