NetSPI is hiring for our 2026 PCEP Internship Program. We are excited to welcome a Software Engineer Intern!
Internship details:
Timing: July 6th, 2026 - December 11th, 2026
Location: Onsite in NetSPI's Portland, OR office.
Intern Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, developing, and testing web applications while collaborating with senior team members to implement new features and resolve issues.
Learn various topics in web application security through selected portions of NetSPI's library of training materials and hands-on exercises.
Build and enhance full-stack features by developing React UI components and wiring them up to NestJS APIs under guidance from senior team members
Support backend and data work by implementing/adjusting endpoints, validation, and database models/queries (via our ORM), plus basic migrations when needed.
Improve quality and reliability by writing tests, debugging issues, and contributing to documentation (setup notes, feature behavior, and API usage).
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (junior/senior status preferred)
Ability to be on-site at NetSPI's Portland office for the duration of the internship.
