•     Strong development experience building RESTful web services using Node.js

•     Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum and Kanban Agile processes, plus TDD/BDD and ceremonies (scrums, planning events, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos)

•     Strong skills in complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, and problem resolution within open-source applications

•     Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate complex technical details into clear language for non-technical stakeholders

•     Ownership of code quality and deliverables across design, development, and testing

•     Expertise writing and optimizing complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL

•     Experience working on a large team, including managing/resolving merge conflicts and coordinating upstream/downstream dependencies

•     Ability to mentor team members on Node.js and React technologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
