Job description

Position Description
As a Technical Writing Intern, you will work as a member of the Documentation team. Some of your primary responsibilities will consist of producing manuals and online reference materials for software products offered by Reynolds and Reynolds and its affiliates. In addition, you may be asked to work with documents in HTML5 format.
You will be responsible for keeping 'help messages' up to date within the software for customers to use. You will be expected to write the instructions within the help messages and test the instructions to verify the results are correct. Throughout the summer you could be assigned to various projects within the Documentation department.
Requirements
Junior or Senior in college; Excellent spelling, proofreading, grammar and editing skills; Detail-oriented; Deadline-oriented; Strong organizational skills
