  • Demonstrate Engineering Excellence: Utilize your understanding of engineering fundamentals and structured problem-solving to deliver high-quality technical designs.Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to gather feedback and ensure the highest standards for your work.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams in Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Industrial Design. Tackle tough challenges by leveraging diverse perspectives and recommend actionable next steps that drive consensus and alignment with business leadership.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Assess product designs for environmental sustainability and suggest enhancements. Engage directly with customers or subject matter experts to better understand installation processes and identify opportunities to elevate quality.
  • Orchestrate Project Details: Apply your attention to detail to organize and coordinate technical activities, including test requests, bills of materials, engineering schedules, and other essential elements to support new product launches.

  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a major in Engineering (Mechanical discipline preferred) from an accredited institution
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship

  • Knowledge with fabrication and/or prototyping
  • Previous internship experience in product or manufacturing engineering w and in the future
