We’ll rely on you to support our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. You’ll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and more. With mentorship and guidance from our Professional Engineers and technical experts, we will count on you to assist in the performance of structural analysis and design for our projects.

Our North American Internship Program will allow you to engage with interdisciplinary counterparts and senior leadership across all business units and geographies– giving you a chance to network, explore the company, and learn more about our dynamic industry.

Your internship will build on your structural coursework, exposing you to multiple subject areas, and learning how structural design integrates with and impacts other disciplines. You will also develop understanding of principles of analysis and design of vertical and lateral structural systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
