  • Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software

Preferred:

  • Affordable housing experience (a plus, not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual abilities

  • 15 Paid Holidays
  • PTO based on tenure:

  • 5โ€“9 years: 20 days
  • 10โ€“14 years: 25 days
  • 15+ years: 30 days
  • 3 Flex Days per year
  • Medical, Dental & Vision (employee medical starts at $65/month)
  • 401(k) with company contributions (after 6 months)
  • Paid Parental Leave (10 days)
  • 30โ€“50% Employee Housing Discount (after 30 days, if applicable)
  • Recognition programs, event participation, and a people-first culture

  • Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments)
  • Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
  • Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
