Intern Legal Fellows are typically law students or recent graduates who work temporarily with legal organizations, law firms, or government agencies to gain practical experience in the legal field. They often assist attorneys with research, drafting documents, and case preparation, while also learning about various areas of law. These positions are usually part-time or for a set duration, such as during the summer, and provide valuable hands-on training for aspiring legal professionals.

What types of projects and responsibilities can an intern legal fellow expect during their fellowship?

As an Intern Legal Fellow, you can expect to work on a variety of projects such as conducting legal research, drafting memos, assisting with case preparation, and supporting ongoing litigation or policy initiatives. This hands-on experience will not only develop your legal analysis and writing skills but also help you build professional relationships and gain insight into the daily operations of a legal team.
