Description du poste

Il s'agit d'un poste a temps plein pour un stagiaire etudiant au sein de l'agence 1Milk2Sugars, debutant a automne 2026. Le stagiaire sera responsable d'assister l'equipe dans diverses taches quotidiennes, notamment la redaction de pitchs, la surveillance des reseaux sociaux, et le soutien a la coordination d'evenements et aux relations avec les medias. Il/elle aidera egalement aux taches administratives et aux projets de recherche pour soutenir l'equipe PR. Le poste est base aMontreal, QC. Ce stage est finance par le Gouvernement du Canada.

Periode de stage : 8 septembre - 24 decembre 2026

Taches (liste non exhaustive)

Communications

  • Participation a divers evenements et lancements de produits
  • Communications internes avec differentes equipes
  • Coordination des verifications de faits et demandes d'echantillons
  • Soutien a l'envoi de mailings et aux relations medias
  • Compilation des retombees medias et revues de presse quotidiennes

Relations publiques - Gestion de produits

  • Soutien a la gestion du showroom :
    • Reception et expedition
    • Inventaire des echantillons
    • Maintien de l'organisation du showroom RP

Saisie de donnees, rapports et recherche

  • Suivi, veille et organisation des retombees mediatiques des clients de 1Milk2Sugars
  • Mise a jour des rapports clients et des listes medias

Autres

  • Accueil et taches administratives generales


Exigences

  • Etre actuellement inscrite dans un etablissement postsecondaire canadien reconnu avec une specialisation en relations publiques, communications, journalisme ou domaine connexe pendant la duree du stage
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et de la suite Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Bonne connaissance des medias sociaux (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Une experience prealable en RP, en medias sociaux ou en organisation d'evenements est un atout
  • Etre disponible pour des evenements ou projets en dehors des heures normales de travail
  • Capacite physique de soulever, deplacer et porter jusqu'a 25 lb (essentiel au poste)

SUGARSHIP JOB DESCRIPTION

4 Month Contract - 36 hours a week

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a French-English Bilingual Student Intern at 1Milk2Sugars agency to start in the Summer of 2026. The Student Intern will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day tasks, including drafting pitches, social media monitoring, and supporting the coordination of events and media outreach. They'll also help with administrative tasks and research projects to support the PR team. The role will be based in Montreal, QC with flexibility for some remote work. The position is funded by the Government of Canada.

Work term is: September 8 - December 24, 2026

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Communications

  • Participating in various events and product launches.
  • Ongoing internal communications with various departments.
  • Coordinating fact checks and sample requests.
  • Assisting with mailers and media outreach.
  • Compile daily hits and press clippings.

Product Management (PR)

Assist with showroom:

  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Sample Inventory
  • Maintain overall organization of the PR showroom

Data entry, reporting & Research

  • Track, monitor, and organize 1Milk2Sugars' clients' press clippings.
  • Updating client reports and media lists research

Misc

  • Reception and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolledin a Canadian-accredited post-secondary institution with a focus in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related fieldduring the internship term.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) & Google Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media (Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
  • Prior PR, social media and events experience is considered an asset
  • Must be available to support events or projects that may occur outside of regular business hours.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. is an essential part of the role.
