Role: Java API Developer
Location: ONSITE- Charlotte NC
Duration: 6 months Contract

Description:
• 10+ years of experience in Java EE design and development preferred Java 8 but not mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in REST API & Springboot design and development
• Knowledge in API security risks and microservices resilience
• Good to have GraphQL implementation knowledge
• Experienced in Git, Jira, Jenkins, and test automation • Responsibilities:
• Implement and deploy API solutions while demonstrating expertise in a number of areas including cloud computing, API design and development, Design, build, and maintain features end-to-end in the business banking platform
• You would ensure the technical designs are clear, well thought out, and considers dependencies, failure states, maintainability, testability and ease of support • You would contribute to the architecture of a complex online banking platform.
• You would be working on migrating our microapps to Azure cloud platform.
• You would make design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront.
• Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards.
• Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures.
• Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices."
