Job Description:

We are hiring two Business Analysts to play a critical role in an Oracle Fusion implementation, specifically supporting commission-related payables functionality. These positions will focus heavily on system testing and validation across multiple project phases to ensure accurate and reliable deployment. This is a detail-oriented, hands-on role that involves working closely with business stakeholders, some of whom rely on automated system outputs while others utilize structured data inputs. Success in this role requires strong coordination skills, ERP testing experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios across functional, parallel, and user acceptance testing phases
  • Validate system outputs and data inputs to confirm accuracy and alignment with expected results
  • Identify and document system issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve defects
  • Perform data comparisons between legacy systems and the new platform during transition phases
  • Act as a primary contact for assigned business teams throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Lead testing sessions, providing guidance and support to users during execution

  • Experience building and executing test cases independently

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data validation and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
