About the Role

As a Digital Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience with the teams that power Kohls.com, developing a strong foundation in digital commerce and learning how cross-functional teams work together to create exceptional customer experiences. Through exposure to Digital Experience & Content, Digital Business & Merchandising, Marketplace, and Digital Operations, you'll build valuable business knowledge while contributing to meaningful projects.

This project-based rotational internship is designed to accelerate your professional growth by providing experience across key areas of Digital. As part of a collaborative intern cohort, you'll work alongside peers, build your professional network, and develop the skills needed to launch a successful career in digital retail and e-commerce.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in rotations across Digital teams to gain exposure to different functions, strategies, and business priorities.
  • Learn how Digital teams collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the customer experience and drive business results.
  • Explore how customer insights, performance data, and business trends inform Digital strategies and opportunities.
  • Gain exposure to competitive research and how teams identify opportunities to evolve the digital experience and assortment.
  • Develop an understanding of key strategies and processes that support the digital customer journey, product discovery, and Marketplace growth.
  • Learn how Digital teams evaluate performance, test new ideas, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply learnings through a variety of individual, team-based, and capstone project experiences.
  • Collaborate with interns and Digital team members to research opportunities, develop recommendations, and share ideas with stakeholders.
  • Gain exposure to career paths across Digital through mentorship, networking, and hands-on learning.
About the Internship
  • Dates: The internship is 10 weeks, beginning on Monday, June 7th and ending on Friday, August 13th, 2027.
  • Location: This role is based out of our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
  • Housing: Housing and transportation options will be provided for interns based out of the Corporate Office.
  • Working Arrangements: As a Kohl’s intern, you’ll work in a hybrid-model, working in the office Monday-Thursday. Fridays are a flexible working arrangement date, where associates are able to work from home. However, for our interns, there are occasionally in person events on Fridays.
