Through trusted partners like CPAs and client referrals, you won't just sell-you'll build relationships, unlock opportunities, and make a real impact. Every conversation matters, every referral opens a door, and every win accelerates your career.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
  • Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
  • Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
  • Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
  • Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners
  • Own the full process-from prospecting to closing deals
