The work setting for this position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth methodologies to provide therapy sessions. This environment promotes flexibility and ensures you can reach clients in the comfort of their homes while still offering high-quality care. • Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are currently in their Master’s programs, guiding their professional development.
• Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services with the aim of fostering positive mental health outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
• Keep accurate and organized records of client sessions, treatment progress, and relevant documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Continuously engage with current research and develop a strong understanding of best practices and advancements in therapeutic approaches.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid state license to practice as a mental health professional (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, LMHC).
• Professional liability insurance to protect your practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient or remote setup.
• Experience supervising practicum or intern-level students is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
