Description
Ready to build your marketing and branding skills in a real-world setting? As a Branding Intern, you'll gain valuable experience in content creation, social media, website optimization, and brand management.
Join Loup Logistics as a year-round Branding intern where you will work alongside the Loup Logistics team helping execute initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, employee engagement, and digital presence. This role provides hands-on experience in social media management, content development, website optimization, brand governance, and promotional merchandise coordination. The intern will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications while contributing to strategic projects that enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in digital marketing, content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), brand management, and corporate communications within a collaborative professional environment.
The estimated wage for this position is between $21.00 -$25.00 per hour. Final rate of pay will be based on several factors including year of study, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
Accountabilities
  • Maintain and schedule social media content across multiple channels
  • Create engaging posts for holidays, events, and special initiatives
  • Support blog content planning, writing, editing, and publishing
  • Keep marketing content current through regular updates and maintenance
  • Optimize website content, SEO metadata, and page performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website enhancements
  • Manage branded merchandise inventory, ordering, and distribution
  • Ensure brand consistency across templates, communications, and marketing materials
  • Update branding resources, internal documentation, and company assets
  • Assist with marketing projects, research, presentations, reporting, and team initiatives
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned - Be flexible and proactive in supporting the team's evolving needs

Qualifications - Required
  • College credits equivalent to one year toward an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic organization, prioritization and time/project management skills
  • Strong written, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications - Preferred
  • Experience creating content for social media, blogs, or websites
  • Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy principles
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
  • Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and best practices
  • Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience managing inventories, promotional materials, or event-related logistics
  • Demonstrated interest in brand management, corporate communications, or digital marketing
  • Previous internship, campus leadership, or related work experience in marketing or communications

Physical and Mental Job Requirements
  • This position requires extended periods of sitting and extended hours in front of computer screens
  • Maintain concentration, focuses on tasks and can make timely decisions
