Job Description
Junior Technician / Intern. This is a perfect position for a recent tech school graduate who is looking to get their shot at a very successful IT Company. As a member of our team, you will gain exposure to many different products and services and have potential for additional learning, growth, and advancement.
Responsibilities
  • Imaging of new PC's/Tablets/Thin Clients
  • Prep servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment for project team
  • Assist Help Desk with Virus Removal tickets - following our step by step Task List
  • Updating and verifying documentation in configurations and databases
  • Handle inventory
  • Handle shipping / receiving

Qualifications
  • Must have IT school certification or 1-year previous job experience in field of Information technology.
  • Must have awareness of desktop and laptop hardware components, operating system software, application software
  • Must have awareness of the Industry's current and emerging technology trends
  • Must have a keen interest in computer-based information systems and technology
  • Must be able to speak and write clearly and efficiently
  • Must be able to follow direction and task lists as provided

CompTIA A+ and Network+ will be required within 1 year of hire.
Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other IT vendor certifications desirable
