Position Purpose: The Global Head of Corporate Access will work closely with Institutional Equity Research, Sales & Trading, and Investment Banking to deliver global investor‑marketing opportunities for corporate clients. At Benchmark/StoneX, Corporate Access is facilitated through Non‑Deal Roadshows, conferences, 1x1 and group meetings, industry‑specific events, site visits, and conference calls.

Responsibilities

The Global Head of Corporate Access is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of corporate access activities across Equity Research, Sales & Trading, and Investment Banking. This role ensures high‑quality engagement between issuers and institutional investors while driving operational excellence, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional coordination across the platform.

Partnering closely with the Director of Research, the role aligns regional and sector‑specific corporate access strategies with research and marketing priorities, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate access events, including roadshows, conferences, calls, and bespoke meetings.
  • Overseeing internal and external communication workflows to ensure seamless intake, promotion, and execution of events.
  • Serving as a strategic point of contact for corporate clients, complementing Research Analyst relationships.
  • Collaborating with Events, Sales, Research, and Investment Banking teams to deliver a consistent and high‑quality client experience.
  • Supporting investment banking initiatives through preparation of client materials and transaction‑related presentations.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on client engagement across sales, research, and banking to assess effectiveness and inform coverage strategy.
  • Providing actionable, data‑driven insights to support account reviews and relationship management.
  • Managing databases, distribution lists, and reporting tools while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
  • U.S. undergraduate degree required
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in corporate access, financial services, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of MeetMax and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Base Salary Range $160.000-$180.000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
