We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer Intern to join the IT team in our Dallas Office. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech and crypto environment, working alongside experienced professionals on real business initiatives.
You will contribute to meaningful projects that support global IT operations and the end-user technology environment, while developing practical skills and gaining exposure to how a global technology company operates.
Duration: 6-month internship with potential for permanent employment
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support day-to-day activities and projects within the IT support team.
  • Assist in delivering initiatives related to:
    • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Setting up new employees' workstations and getting them up to speed.
    • Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment, keeping our data safe and systems running smoothly.
    • Work closely with the IT team to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
    • Administer and support cloud-based tools including Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management), 1Password, Notion, and Slack and many more.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Legal Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, etc.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience..
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology-driven businesses.
