We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Full Stack Software Engineering – Liquidity Financing to join our Engineering, Liquidity Financing team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Provide technical leadership across PRIME and Securities Lending services, with responsibility for multiple mission-critical distributed applications supporting Liquidity Financing. 
  • Maintain ownership and oversight of key platforms to preserve system stability, operational resilience, and continuity of delivery during a transition period. 
  • Drive full stack software engineering excellence through strong technical architecture, hands-on leadership, and the design, development, and support of scalable distributed systems. 
  • Support knowledge transfer and strengthen the long-term sustainability of critical platforms through engineering best practices, documentation, and team collaboration. 
  • Advance agile development practices to enable iterative, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities and platform goals. 
  • Promote AI-enabled development capabilities to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery effectiveness. 
  • Apply strong Java engineering expertise and working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack to support platform modernization, integration, and ongoing application support. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 10 plus years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Significant experience in software engineering, including full stack development within complex enterprise environments. 
  • Strong technical architecture experience, including distributed applications, system integration, scalability, and resilience patterns. 
  • Strong Java skills with demonstrated ability to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications. 
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack. 
  • Experience working in agile development environments and leading teams through iterative delivery models. 
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled development practices and the use of modern engineering tools to improve delivery outcomes. 
  • Proven ability to provide technical leadership, maintain continuity across critical platforms, and support knowledge transfer during periods of change.
