Parts Operations Intern (Parts Triage System Deployment)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Parts Operations Intern to support the deployment and optimization of our parts triage system. This role will play a key part in improving how parts are identified, researched, and orderedโ€”helping drive operational efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in operations, supply chain, process improvement, or technical environments, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real-world problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and rollout of a parts triage system across operations
  • Learn and analyze current parts research and ordering processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and validation within internal systems
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and best practices for parts triage processes
  • Partner with operations, inventory, and logistics teams to support day-to-day execution
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with audits and quality checks to ensure consistency in parts selection and ordering
  • Support reporting on key operational metrics (e.g., throughput, accuracy, turnaround time)
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
