ROLE: Packaging Intern

LOCATION: Edmonton Brewery, 5 days/week in office

SALARY: $25/Hour

INTERNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS

  • Lead a strategic packaging improvement project focused on enhancing operational performance, process efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with managers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and 24/7 brewery operations.

  • Analyze operational challenges and partner with experienced manufacturing professionals to identify innovative solutions, improve processes, and support production performance.

  • Develop practical leadership skills through exposure to team management in a unionized manufacturing environment while working in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.

  • Build expertise in world-class safety, quality, and sustainable packaging practices, including exposure to Canada's returnable glass bottle system and related production processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • In their 2nd or 3rdyear of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, studying Engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial and electrical), Business, or a related field, and returning to school in September 2027.

  • Graduating in December 2027 or later

  • Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)

  • Can legally work in Canada

  • Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else)

  • Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full-time position is a requirement - open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada
