What you'll do
  • Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and maintenance history to identify recurring problems.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic and critical equipment failures.
  • Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
  • Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment.
  • Develop equipment criticality assessments and asset reliability strategies.
  • Manage reliability improvement projects and capital projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Reliability Engineering.
  • Engineering Technology or equivalent technical experience may be accepted.
  • 3+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $33.00 and $38.00. This range reflects thegood-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
